Similarly, if you are really interested and wants to explore the rivers and spend longer time in river then Tamur, Sun Koshi, Bhote Koshi, Karnali is ideal for you as this has multi day trips ranging from 2-10 days.  However, September to early December and March to early June is best time for rafting in Nepal but if you are adventure lover and hungry for tremendous adventure rafting with various grade then Monsoon is the ideal time as current as well as volume of water are extreme high.
